Does volunteering at a health center count for hr. for the Community Service award?

Any volunteerism that's done out side of cap and you have documented proof that's been signed by your volunteer supervisor counts. I have a friend who did 60 hrs with a court room wierd and rare but it counted. I did a hourse farm regretted every minute but it counted. If you take any thing away from what I said I

1. Cannot have a CAP connection
2. Must have a letter from the agency served certifying the hours (letterhead preferred)
3. Cannot be in a paid status
4. Squadron Commander determines if the service meets CAPR 39-3 requirements.
