As group admin officer, I've been tasked to created a list of all reports required, due dates, to what office, and governing regs, etc.

Dealing with Cadet Sqdrns:
1. CAPR 52-16 para 3-1 (a):  All cadet units must conduct at least one recruiting campaign or open house each year.

2. CAPP 52-16 para 4-2:  Establish Unit Goals.

My endless review of both regulations, give detailed instruction as to what has to happen, and on an annual basis.  However, no date, type of report, and to which department is to receive this (trying not to bother Wg Cadet Programs just yet).

How are units supposed to track their required activities, and are they supposed to just annotate on a standard AF letter Memorandum for Record, with all the pertinent information and retain on file for their next SUI (to prove they have complied)?

Units track their own requirements, and then present documentation to back up their compliance during the SUI. Things like activity rosters and a copy of the unit goals are all they need.
