Google Maps for Android now has offline map downloading

The update is being pushed today, so it will be wise to wait on testing until tomorrow.

I'm sure the ES uses are self-evident (I've been using backcountry navigator pro as my offline map system for exercises, having a default app will be nice to make things easier for people to use.)
