Encampment staff positions help???

OK, so currently my rank is cadet Staff Sergeant. I really want to be a Flight Sergeant at the Florida wing winter encampment, but I was told it is required to be a Cadet Master sergeant to be a flight sergeant at encampment. I do know I could promote again to Tech before encampment begins, but can I still be a flight sergeant.

Also what other positions are offered at Encampments?

These are questions you will need to direct towards the FLWG Encampment POC.  Unless that person is on these forums, they are the only person that can answer them with authority.

The minimum time from C/SSGT to C/MSG is 112 days. You can be A C/ MSG by November depending on when you made C/SSGT.
