An educational experience worth the lump-sum amount of cash you dropped to attend!  Just Kidding?  Actually, most deal with situational leadership topics, many lectures, and powerpoint nausea.  The instructors are usually experts in the topic they are lecturing and there may or may not be military Officers delivering some of the classes.  You can expect some "homework", role playing and group exercises dealing directly with what you have seen or gone over in a class.  Finally, expect to make some friends (or contacts as Senior Members refer to them as).  You will find the same group usually staffing other Wing activities if you decide to do that as well.  Hope this gives you a general idea, as each Wing has a different format and curriculum.
