for the un-initiated, the Tri-Wing Encampment is comprised primarily of Delaware, Maryland and National Capitol wings. It's got a pretty long history, and was used in 1998 as one of the two National Encampment locations.

Leadership Academy Registration
There will be a Leadership Academy at this year's encampment. This years academy is still pending approval from National HQ and will hopefully count towards the Professional Military Education required for the Eaker Award. The cost will be $75. ($50 for Delaware Wing Cadets)
Requirements are that the cadet be 14 years of age and have completed the Rickenbacker Achievement (#4).

my personal comment... if it's not listed here, you probably shouldn't bring it, unless it serves a medical or religious purpose. :) Print out this list and use it as a checklist when you're packing, everybody forgets something, but it's harder when you're using a checklist.
Packing List
CADETS MUST BRING THEIR CURRENT MEMBERSHIP CARD
NOTE: Cadet's name must be marked indelibly on all clothing items since laundry is done in large batches.
One clean short-sleeve blue uniform shirt, with epaulets. Shirt must have wing patch (sewed) and blue nameplate. Ribbons should be brought, but not attached to shirt. No tie or tie tab is needed.
One pair blue uniform slacks or skirt (female), or trousers (male)
One blue web belt w/shiny buckle and tip for Blues
Two white tee-shirts, V-neck.
6 pair underwear (boxer or jockey for males; equivalent underwear and bras for females)
One blue flight cap w/CAP enlisted cadet insignia
One pair black low-quarter uniform shoes, LEATHER (not Corfam), polished, w/ 2 pair of black dress socks
Minimum TWO complete BDU uniforms, w/ wing patches, namestrip, and CAP strip sewn on. Rank and CAP cutouts must be pinned on BDUs.
Six brown tee-shirts (crew-neck) for BDUs
One BDU belt
One BDU cap
Pair well-fitted combat boots (not hiking boots). May be plain toe or paratrooper style, and may be all leather, or leather with black or olive green (OG) mesh NOTE: Break in new boots before encampment. Wearing brand new boots to encampment will guarantee blisters!
Minimum six pair of boot socks (may be black, OG, or white) (wool preferred for better moisture absorption)
Moleskin (1 pad)
Poncho, either military-type (OG or BDU pattern), orange or see-thru. Need not be expensive. The $3 kind is OK
One pair shower clogs or cheap sandals
Two pair gym shorts, dark blue or black
Three pair athletic socks
One pair gym shoes
One civilian tee-shirt and jeans/shorts, IN GOOD TASTE AND GOOD REPAIR
Two bath towels and two face cloths.
Appropriate toiletries - tooth paste & brush; deodorant; soap (liquid or in soap dish); shampoo; shaving materials (if needed)
Shoe shine kit
Notepad, 1 pen, 1 pencil
Ruler (preferably 18") or tape measure
Flashlight w/ 2 sets batteries
Money, not to exceed $25, but at least $10
Sun block (at least SPF 15)
Insect Repellent (preferably w/DEET)
Sewing kit (recommended)
Disposable camera (optional)
Laundry detergent (small amount, recommended)
Iron and spray starch (optional)
