I promoted to C/SSGT in July. I am now a C/TSGT.
Isn't there a certificate or something I was supposed to receive? The Cadet Chain of command has no idea.
The squadron commander has to print it out of e-services.

You have a whole lot of questions that could be better asked of your command staff... I wonder why you ask them here..
