Just finished studying my leadership, but when I went on eServices to take my test, the website, capnhq.gov, appeared to be down.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Spoke with Jennifer Carroll and was informed that they are experiencing a comm system problem. They can not communicate via computers to the outside world. e-services, e-mails etc. As of the time of this post they were not up.
