Title: Parents "deleted" Curry voucher
Post by: Gunsotsu on July 11, 2018, 05:31:52 AM
Cadet X's parents claim to have lost the Curry voucher e-mail. Cadet X is only two weeks out from being promoted, he's got 30 days left.

Any of you know how to get that sent again?

The unit commander gets the emails as well, so the commander can always re-forward it.

The voucher was received via email.
The "email" was deleted?
Go into email "trash"
Search trash for "voucher"

Only works if they haven't emptied the trash...

I'm betting this is going to be one of those threads where the OP solved his problem day one, yet forgets to let everyone know, and so people will be answering and discussing this for weeks, if not months.

Only works if you can explain how that works to the user who is technologically illiterate

Or the one where the parents keep asking even though you already told them 15 times
