Is there a report I can run in eServices to see who is NOT qualified for a specific qualification? For example, to find out who's not GES qualified?

Reports | Ops Quals - Reports | Requirements Missing

Click the pull-down, select any or all of the items, select report format, select View Report, save it somewhere, and enjoy all those fun data.
