Perhaps someone hearing Footsteps?

Hard to tell at a glance what's changes, no highlighting of changed areas.

Page 5:
Color ribbon but gray badges (badges are inexplicably gray throughout).

"Upon earning a DO Technician rating..."
(You don't earn a "DO Technician rating. In fact the initialism "DO" is used interchangeably throughout the document for,
however Directors are not appointed below the wing level.   The average Operations Technician is going to be an
Operations Officer at a squadron.)

Page 7:
Inconsistent italics.

Reference to "good" in regards to references and resources.  Do other pamphlets provide "bad" information?

Page 9:
"NOTE: These readings should be mastered throughout the course of students' participation in this specialty track and cover material from which the exams are made. "

That is an amazing sentence.

I'll grant that's nitpicky, but mistakes like this are also unnecessary when you can crowdsource thousands of eyes.
