I just got my ribbons and I need to know in what order the bottom row should be in. Please notify me of any way to find this out, I checked CAPM 39-1

Your best bet is to use a site like this: http://www.mcchord.org/rack_builder/check_sr.html
Make sure they are in color order by year, with the text fully justified.
For order of precedence, you may want to consider www.ultrathin.com
