Eclipse

You don't.

Its not something they track - that goes into your log book as directed by your CFI.

Make sure you keep good records, when you start to accumulate hours at a level that is meaniungful to CAP, you'll want to be able to substantiate them.

Assuming you get a PPL, and are over 18, you can then enter your pilot data as applicable.

Congratulations BTCS1, on starting flying training.

Study hard, fly smooth, and always be safe.

Like Eclipse state,

Get your Private, 18 or older.  Even then, we dont actually post our hours. You just post your rating that are applicable to being a Mission Pilot, Transport Pilot, etc.  Then your claims are validated on eservices after someone looks at your paperwork.  Certain lanndmarks are validated such as 50 hrs cross country, 175 hours PIC, etc in the case of a mission pilot. But unless you get a Form 5 at least, it wont go on eservice.
