That guy should get more then a voucher.  Heck, it should have been worth a few grand to have him sign an NDA and
not mention it to anyone.

I can hear it now, "oh, we were not done with that aircraft yet, we locked the door because we were too overworked and couldn't get to it, with the other 10 waiting".

Quite surprising. I usually wait until the end if I'm not at the front of the plane. ..and I don't see how anyone could be left in a seat. Someone was obviously not doing their job right.
