AF EVAL: Who scored Outstanding in Air Ops??

I've been through at least 2, maybe 3 (I forget) SAREVALS on mission staff and on every one the IC doesn't do much more than write a generic ops plan, pick mission staff and get everybody alerted before the State Director starts the scenario rolling and then they have to react from there.  If your IC is planning out the exact scenarios, you've got a lazy SD. 

The "lost airplane" scenario has also been played in all of these EVALs as well.  It is so cliche that everyone knows it is going to happen, but AOBD still needs to stay on top of things so as to recognize when that particular scenario has started.  (They sometimes do this with Ground Teams also).
