Can anyone tell me if a retired member is still required to pay dues?

As a retired member they have no status and are only allowed to attend CAP social functions, and than only as invited guests.

Another words, it's a nice way of saying "keep me on your list", but I'm not paying dues any longer, and won't be attending anything except a conference banquet, which you can go to anyway ;-)
