The FAA has published revised knowledge test guides. These are in conjunction with the revised written tests, and soon, very soon, the PTS will be going away to be replaced with the Airman Certification Standards (ACS).

We arent working if we arent re-writing manuals. Ive been dealing with the FAA on getting my NVG Instructor endorsement. Its been a real hoot. Plainly written in their own regs and nobody can make a decision.
