I am a member of the national staff. According to Attachment 4 of CAPR 39-1 3 March 2020, page 126. I am allowed to weear my National Staff Badge on the right pocket of my ABU's. I guess I'm a little confused. I have never seen anyone wear an actual badge on ABU's, just patches.

Call Vanguard by phone 1-800-221-1264 and you will be able to order the cloth version of the national staff badge.
