So this is my first time going to an NCSA and im alittle confused! if im selected do I pay online? Do i sent a check in with the application. I keep on seen something with paypal so i think its with that! so would I pay after I get accepted?

You will be notified of how, and when it's due, after or along with your selection notice.
PayPal and check are usually the options.
