Does anybody have any information on the incident at the Florida Wing Encampment where a young cadet was injured by another cadet driving an all-terrain vehicle? I'd like to talk to my cadets at the squadron about it as a safety briefing but I don't have all the info.
Here's the link I have on it:

Look through the encampment/NCSA portion of the forum, I remember seeing something about it there.
Also, have a high index of suspicion about using anything that cites NOTF as a source >:D
Note the date on that article - last year.
This was the impetus for a revision of 77-1 prohibiting use of golf carts and ATV's at all but Wing-level activities, and prohibiting their use by cadets in any case.

There a number of discussions where the situation was touched on here and elsewhere and as I recall the full narrative was available at the tme via the CAPR 78 system in eServices.
I'm a new Safety Officer and thought there might be some good training there. Thanks for the replies.
