I am a new SM and I wanted to ask some questions about encampment. Are 101 cards and 76 card required for cadets to attend encampment for the first time?
No.
ES has nothing to do with a standard encampment, weekend or week-long.
Form 76's are no longer used. They were replaced several years ago by the ICUT,
which is just an indication on a 101.
