Other than Captain Joe Schmo and Captain Joe Blow, I have not seen anyone mention this Youtube Channel.  I find him explaining aviation topics pretty clearly.  These topics range from anything from sounds on an airplane to ILS approaches to "what is that hole in the window" to why are some engines flat at the bottom.  Despite learning quite a lot in CAP, I have learned or relearned material from him.  Check him out.  A good resource for cadets that need help in AE or just a simple resource for AE nights.  The videos range from just a few minutes to longer (<15 min).

Another person that does these types of topics, although I think a little less clear but great nonetheless:

I learned a few items from him as well.  For example, I never noticed that the 737 does not have wheel flaps.
