Where is the, Delete This Account function?
That should be a simple function to find, but I don't see it anywhere.
How do users remove or deactivate the accounts?

There isn't one. Just don't log in any more, and leave. Turn out the lights, and close the door.
Isn't that how the navy secures buildings?
