Doing some "surfing", I gave pause to New Hampshire Wings funding raising/assistance for Capt Wendy Wallace, NH Wing's Finance Officer, who had both arms & legs amputated due to a severe infection.   This has put a severe financial strain on her family. 

Apparently the National Hq staff raised over $8K and this year' NH Wing's "Wreaths Across America" wreath sales proceeds will be donated to assist her. :clap:

Good story, only if more wings would follow this example when members need help the most.  Many times we are the ones who are helping this time its one of our own.  I am happy to see support was given.
