I have an encampment coming up next week so I went to eservices to down load a Form 78 and it doesn't seem to be on the current 0-9. It's not mentioned in the forms bulletin either.

Have I missed something?

I'm pretty sure that it's gone completely online in E-Services (left side, bottom of page).

Correct, all mishap reporting is now done online.

The hardcopy form or the notes disallowing its use?

NHQ no longer accepts or processes hardcopy 78's.

I found the on line "Form 78". It's at the bottom of the left hand column and titled "Form 78". When you click on it, it goes to the on line reporting program.

Gotta have a computer. (If I can just get into the 20th century)
