Complete all the rest of the requirements as specified in CAPP 214, and CAPR 100-1.

Once you've earned the basic badge, keep it up. Cadets can earn the Senior and Master badges as well. Comm is the only one who allows this. Even though you won't have the ratings, when you turn to the Dark Side^TM, You'll only have a couple of things to complete to earn the ratings. The parts you complete as a cadet carry over to Senilityiordom.
