Communications Specialty Track Master Test updated

DCs,

On the heels of updating the Senior Level specialty track test a couple
of weeks ago, we have today updated the Master Level test.

We have all been aware that the Master Level test has been outdated.
The new version is almost a completely new test.  Only about four of the
50 questions remain unchanged.  Many of the questions are brand new,
reflecting the management-level skills we expect in a Master Level
communicator today.

Source material to study for the Master Level test includes:

        CAPR 100-1
        CAPR 100-3
        Documents on the Communications website (accessible via eServices)
        CAPR 174-1

For the record, here are the statistics for tests taken over the last 30
days:

        Communications Spec. Track - Master Rating             7
        Communications Spec. Track - Senior Rating            50
        Communications Spec. Track - Technician Rating      50

Thanks to Chuck Bishop and Andy Feldman who did most of the work on the
Master Level test update, with some help from me.  For the record, we
have made notes to allow the tests to be further updated quickly when
the CAPR 100-1 that is currently in coordination goes live.  :-)

The group will now move on to review the Technician test.
