Cadet study materials

I was wondering what everyone makes available on there website for training materials for cadets.  If anyone has ideas and don't mind sharing them, please do so here.

Our main focus at the moment is the e-Learning program, but we are also compiling uniform information (my uniform resource site project - http://captalk.net/index.php?topic=13811.msg249677#msg249677), general knowledge stuff, leadership and management articles, etc.  The ES training materials are another whole portion.  New practice tests may be included.

As we are switching to an ENTIRELY NEW website, this stuff isn't online yet but it should be soon.  If I can get the help needed for the uniform info site, that will probably be first.

e-Learning is a huge project which requires a lot of volunteers and more people working on either developing courses or testing courses.
