CAP was part fo the search back in 1963.  Interesting read.  I had never heard of it.  One of the ejection seats that was never located was found last week on an abandoned logging road.  In the accident, 7 of the 9 crew members were killed in the crash when turbulence ripped the tail off of the B-52.

So is that a seat from someone who made it, or the one who didn't?

It would be interesting to find out.  That sucks how its set up, if your too low and too slow, trapped in the underside crew position, you pull your handle, and .......nothing!

The quip I read was that one was likely one of the survivor ones as those two ejected.
