None of the first dozen or so entries on that search query (at time of writing) will work with CAP VHF equipment.

You need an antenna that covers 137-174 Mhz.

My point was, "here you go". For the record, the 7th one on my list purports to cover the frequencies you indicate.

I probably also should have add "Ask your Unit or Wing DC, odds are he's got some to sell or a good local source."

A number of antennas (1/4 wave NMO mounts I think) were issued to wings when the latest batch of EF Johnson 5317's were placed in the inventory.  BE SURE you match the radio with an appropriate wide-band antenna.  As I recall, we opted for adding magnetic mounts to the CAP supplied radios. I doubt any of those original antennas is available, but if not, there is a commercial version available.

Different listings now.  Ebay search results change all the time as items sell and are listed.

Not that it really matters, but that was the same orange pic I saw as well.

Point is, there they are...

GLR-MI-075?  As in the Keehn squadron?

Don't bother with eBay or online.  Call Blumerich Communications* in Flushing (810) 659-5000, Pierson Rd just east of Elms Rd.  They'll have what you want, just make sure you tell them you need a male N connector, or take the radio in and show them.

*-Not affiliated with Blumerich Comm in any way, shape or form, though my business has given them a pretty good chunk of money over the years, and I've always been more than satisfied with them.

A commercially available antenna that you might want to look into is the Comet 2X4SR series, which is made in both SO-239 and NMO versions, and would cover most CAP VHF frequencies with a less than 2 to 1 SWR.

CA-2x4SR
BROADBAND VHF/UHF Dual Band Antenna
CA-2x4SR:  Designed to assist Search & Rescue Volunteers and Professionals
1.5:1 or less SWR: 144-148/440-450MHz
2:1 or less SWR: 140-160/435-465MHz

We have frequencies outside this range.   Anyone buying this antenna would be well advised to check SWR on all channels before using this antenna full time with a CAP radio.

Or just buy one of these, it is what was issued with the radio! (http://www.amazon.com/PCTEL-Maxrad-136-174-Wideband-Antenna/dp/B007JSDCLK)
