Cost:     There is no cost for this activity.

Who:     The class is open to anyone involved in Emergency Services, however preference will be
given to applicants who are current CAP Branch Director or higher base staff positions, or
Law Enforcement / SAR Team Leaders.

The class is limited to 36 students, with 10 slots reserved for outside agencies.
