I'm trying to complete level 2, does Air Force ALS meet the Basic Officer School requirement? 50-17 says an NCO leadership academy fulfills the requirement so I don't think it qualifies but I figured I'd check before diving into this. Thanks!

Nope.
Nope. NCOA is the lowest one that does.
That being said, the online OBC or whatever it's called is extremely easy. Just do it.

ALS is not an NCO Academy. Neither is Airman Leadership Development School.

I'll second this. I was done with OBC in a few hours.
I don't even know anymore. Do new senior members still have to wait for a start date because of the Blackboard issues or has that been resolved? I'm not sure if they've changed the course to another format.
It's just on the LMS in eservices.
