Operations > Operations Qualifications.
From there on the left side, choose "Entry/View Worksheet".
Enter your CAPID where indicated.
Click on "View/Upload Documents" below your name.
Choose the dropdown for the FEMA course, click the "choose file" button. Attach the file. Click the "Upload ES Files" button.

Once done, best practice is to then go to the screen where "View/Upload Documents" was and choose the dropdown for the FEMA course in question and put the completion date in there as well. Hit submit in the bottom left corner and it will show up in the queue for approval by your unit's competent authorities.
