ES Training Mission Scenarios

In order to go ahead with getting IC training, we need to develop a number of training mission scenarios to request training missions from Wing.  I was hoping that those of you who have done a number of these would perhaps have some training mission scenarios you've got from past missions that you've designed or been on.

Well, there's a lot of different types of scenario's you can make. You can do a training missions where there is no scenario, the objective being to simply teach people how to use the equipment. Or you can toss the target between two airports whether it be 5 miles apart or 50 apart, with the objective being more practice in grid/route searching, and working with Ground Teams.

There is also the standard AFRCC mission we get, of simply having some coordinates given to us and nothing else. Then as the mission goes on getting more info of a missing aircraft and develop it from there. There is an unlimited amount of scenario's you can create. Just make sure it's fun and meets some sort of training needs. Hope this helps.
