As times go on, I discover there are a lot of entities in CAP that aren't on the normal org chart, specifically, working groups and specialist teams. Is there a place where these are documented along with a process for joining them beyond knowing they exist and who runs them already?

Generally if you were eligible to participate, you'd already know about them.

They are not published anywhere as far as I know.

I was invited to join the two that I am on:

Photography Working Group
Reducing Squadron Commander Workload
Lt Col Paul Creed III, CAP
Group 3 Ohio Wing sUAS Program Manager

Fubar

I bet the groups all operate under Flight Club rules.
