e-Services?

So, e-services is down again, and they are not showing on the DNS tables anymore...  Is something changing?  or did we just not pay our bills?

My Wing LG just indicated that they are moving the physical machine - no ETA back up.

eServices was back up.

This was posted on eServices on 6 November: 
"The CAP e-Services web site will experience intermittent downtime throughout the day on 13 November because of network upgrades. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you."
