Perhaps a guide that doesn't have the word "Army" on the cover would be more appropriate for use in CAP?

If only there was an official publication that contained appropriate cadence songs.

I had a squad leader that got in trouble for some of his more colorful descriptions of his rifle turned into running cadences.  In protest, the only thing he would have the company sing is the alphabet song.  210 infantrymen running, singing "A B C D E F G! H I J K L M N O P!"  I also had a first sergeant who had us sing War Pigs as we ran around division headquarters.  Creativity and a thorough knowledge of Black Sabbath songs makes for a fun run.

Mostly creativity.
