The CAPF 52s are processed as they arrive to National Headquarters. With hundreds of awards coming in every month, our internal process typically takes about a day or two to verify the information. We typically post the cadets' records after the verification is complete and mail the certificates out the same week.

Typically, if there is a delay it is either because we have not yet received the CAPF 52 or the CAPF 52 had errors. You can fax your CAPF 52 to National Headquarters, which will enable you to keep the original, have a copy of proof of delivery, and your paperwork gets to National Headquarters quicker. The fax number to use is on the CAPF 52. If the CAPF 52 has errors, then we send the CAPF 52 back to the cadet along with a letter describing the errors.

You may check the status of your CAPF 52s by calling or emailing the national Cadet Programs Registrar at 334.953.4238 or Cadet Registrar.

Note: The  Cadet Promotions Application makes the CAPF 66 Cadet Master Record and the CAPF 52 Phase Certification obsolete for participating units. If a squadron uses the online system, there's no need to maintain paper records or send NHQ completed 52's. Milestone awards are validated instantly, allowing commanders to pin-on cadets' new grade insignia without waiting for NHQ action.

The cadet promotions module in e-services is insto-matic.
You click promote and you have the award number.  Done.

It takes about a week for the certificate to show up in the mail.
