Does anyone know if there are plans to update the printable blank SQTRS to include ICS/IS requirements?

I know personalized ones can be printed from E-Services but having blanks available for training classes and training days is handy - especially for ES newbies
Print one out from eServices and then use white-out and a copy machine. That is probably your only solution.
Sign-offs for completion of the ICS courses is accomplished on the SQTR for the ICS course. Accomplishment is then automatically updated on the other SQTRS.
