When you go to post click on "Additional Options..."  and see if there is an "Attach:" field were you can upload a file from your computer.  You may not have enough posts to attach files though.

100 posts.  The attachments are enabled more for documents than for posting pictures, anyhow. I go through and delete the picture attachments occassionally.   Goto photobucket or a similar free photo hosting site (imageshack, and many others) and you'll be all set.

You need to host the picture on another website.  Imageshack.us, or Photobucket or your own personal website.  Then insert the URL of the hosted image into your signature block surrounded by the IMG tags like this:

Make sure the image is small... like under 100 pixels tall.  Otherwise it's pretty obtrusive and obnoxious as a signature image.
