Now be fair... yeah, this one policy is kinda dumb, but we're nowhere near the egregious supplements that PAWG and CAWG have created in the past (whistles?  tabs?  berets?  anyone?)

No commander is allowed to make up their own rules, but I'd hardly consider NY to be a Wing that has "their own set of regs".
