Navigating e-Services

G'morning.

Before I go and re-invent the wheel, has anyone created or come across a guide to e-Services to assist new members?  What I'm looking for is a checklist of sorts to hand to new members of things they must complete / fill out in e-Services depending on their interest(s) and where those items are located.    Well organized e-Services is not.
