What cards can be printed from e-services? I know the 101 card can, I was told the ROA card can be (I have yet to find out how) are those it? BTW if you happen to know how to print the ROA from e-services let me know.

For mere mortal members, only the 101 card can be printed off in eServices. I'd figure wing or group comm or transportation directors would probably have a way to print off CAP ROAs or CAP DLs, but most times these are mostly done on secure areas of the wing websites. Some wings have already delegated this privilege to group level.

At this time, the ROA connot be printed off Eservices. That is a future plan, probably a year out, after the Introductory Communications User Training online course gets rolled out.

In addition to your 101 card you can also print your own SQTR cards as well.  However the ROA card can be printed from the WMU.

You can only currently print out the 101.

Thanks for the info on the ROA card. The Squadron PDO said I could print them from e-services, methought he was off-base, but  I wanted to be sure.

Trust me, you can't print ROA cards off eServices yet.   If you could, I wouldn't be making/mailing them, TRUST me.  It's a pain in the neck.

Do what I did. Get a scanner. Then email it. Since stamp costs went up today, it's a decision that I'm happy with. Plus everyone is happy to get their ROA cards within an hour after they complete the class.

As long as you can print it on the front and back of the paper.

Not a bad idea.  I prepare them in Word, so printing to a PDF and emailing works for me.   I'll have to think about that.

Not required.  I print the front and back next to each other, fold, and laminate.

That' exactly what I do. Before the scanner, I used to print both sides, sign and mail. Now I just scan side by side and email. Happy customers equal a happy Wing Commander, which in turn makes me happy!
