I am starting to work on my Master Rating for Senior Programs.  But I have a question about one of the taskings, it says Plan, coordinate, and implement an "Instructor Training Course". You may bring in members with backgrounds in professional education to help conduct the course.  What exactly is that course?

FYI - seems the requirement is a non-requirement as there is no course to implement.
