Can someone point me in the right direction on this?

If the Cadet Protection Basic Course (CPBC) is conducted in classroom format using the handout/quiz in the lesson plan, how do you log this in eServices?

I see the option to add the conversation (senior and cadet), but not the quiz entry that would otherwise appear had they taken the training online. I have yet to conduct a classroom forum for CPP training before, but it may come up in the future; so, I'm trying to be proactive on this before I corner myself.

My bet would be on submitting a CAPF 11 for Cadet Protection, or having them do the online quiz.

+1 - But it's really better done online to insure the proper message is conveyed.

It just didn't occur to me that this was something that could only be done at the Wing level (i.e., under Wing supervision/authorization). The regulations aren't indicative of that.

The issue isn't what's a better quality method. I just wanted to know how to get it entered. I didn't realize it had to go all the way to Wing when the discussion is done right there in person at the unit.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Wing level" - wouldn't the F11 just go to the LMME email address at NHQ?

It's not done at wing nor does it have to go through wing. Put the names on the F11, have them sign, then forward to NHQ at the email address provided.

Ah, I caught on the Form 11 the Wing Commander's signature line. I didn't catch the notes.

A lot of people don't, including wing commanders. It's always awkward when you have to explain to the chief of staff that the form 11 is actually supposed to go direct to NHQ.

Yeah, I gotcha.

My issue is that we've had senior members who have either taken a while to get their Level I or struggle to even go do online testing. The same with some older cadets. So I've considered just going, "Alright, everyone. Gather 'round. We're doing this in person right now."

I could care less about their professional development and whatnot, but as a CDC, my big priority is Cadet Protection. So if I can't force them to take a an online course, then I'm going to force them to physically sit through it in person if I have to. Aside from that, it's not my call as to what happens with this person (non-cadets, that is).
