I hope people see this question here. Do you have senior members formally participate (line up as a flight) in opening ceremonies?

For us, Cadets meet downstairs, Seniors upstairs.  But at the beginning of the Senior meeting the Cadets are with us while we say the Pledge and make opening announcements and other info that concerns the squadron as a whole. Then the Cadets are dismissed to go downstairs and start their meeting/activities.

Not sure what you are asking exactly, but if you are asking if our Senior members get in some type of  'formation' with the Cadets, stand at attention, as if we were about to have a uniform inspection, then then the answer is no. Other than standing for the pledge, the Seniors are all sitting at desks for our meeting. Very casual.

Kinda. The adults that work with the cadets stand in a line off to the side of formation. The rest of the adults just have a normal meeting.

Didn't we have a thread on this exact subject a year or two ago?

In our squadron all are present for the closing formation. This is when announcements of general interest are made. Also awards or promotions are given.

Yes. You have been here before I joined. Are you not used to have all the topics repeat themselves under slightly different titles again and again?
