Apparently someone didn't get the memo that Joe Vasquez isn't the commander anymore.

Sooo....

"11.2. Passwords and other confidential data are not to be stored unencrypted on any CAP device or
personally-owned device containing CAP data."

How do you encrypt a post-it note?

Doesn't apply. It's not a device. You're good to go.

CAP Data.  Being low man on the totem pole, I'm wondering just how many folks this actually applies to? In my Squadron I'm guessing maybe just two? The Commander and the Financial person?

With most of the info being stored online, like WMIRS, etc., how much "CAP data" actually stored on a local HD?

Can't really answer that until and unless the term "CAP data" is defined.

Yeah ... kinda the point. Is it defined?  I have many of my Squadron's members email addresses and phone numbers in my 'contacts' on my iPhone, that syncs with my iPad and my iMac.  I will assume that is not official "CAP data" and will not worry about it.
