Preptoolkit was offline "undergoing maintenance" for... well since before the CSZ exercise. Not too long ago it came back online.

Are there any good online courses that present HSEEP in an easier-to-understand fashion than just RTFM'ing?

The HSEEP course is a face to face delivery, or it is done using the adobe connect system.

Not mythical.  Courses with a K indicator at the front are in that distance learning format.
