I'm looking to make a list of online resources for AE/STEM-related topics - for current events, full classes, hands-on activities, full weekends, etc.

I'll add some more later, but one of my favorites is Space.com.

The edX project that's supported by several well known universities has quite a few aerospace-related courses that are all free. https://www.edx.org/

Holding Pattern

https://www.agi.com/products/stk/

Full version available for free to CAP members via download link in the AE downloads section of eServices.

Also on that website is the full set of training needed to become certified on their software.

I never did get to figure out STK, fully.  I have their mobile app on my tablet, but that's about it so far.

I have some websites and such together, but I haven't had a chance to check them all out, categorize them, etc.  I'm mostly running browsers no-frills, no Flash, etc. to keep my computer from overheating, until I get a new machine.  I'll try to at least pull some together.  I was going to make a category of just Facebook pages related to AE, so folks can collect AE topics easily, without extra work.

JC004

I've been promising individuals and all some resources, but my dead computer has been foiling me.  I thought I'd start with some Facebook-based STEM-related resources, so people who use Facebook can see them in their feeds, and get great topics for cadets and internal AE on a regular basis.

I've added them to my original post above.  ^^^^^

JC004

YouTube resources added.  Lots of great sources for Aerospace and other STEM videos for meetings/activities.

STK is very powerful but highly technical in nature - the Astro department here uses it extensively, along with MatLab and other software suites. May be a bit much unless a unit is super involved in STEM projects and the like.
