Current Version of the SUI Self-Assessment Tool

Does anyone have a current version (2011) of the SUI self-assessment tool? The one I've seen is from 2009, and while it looks pretty simple to use, it's not in line with the current guide.

I already looked on the IG site but I couldn't find it, just the guide.

The self assessment tool was developed in WI Wing.  You might be able to get an up-to-date version from someone there.

What you received from your commander is a copy of the SUI guide.  Spaceman was asking about the SUI self-assessment tool which was a similar yet different item

Roger. I looked around, and didn't find anything newer, and it's only for cadet units.
